Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy

All purchases from Rawabi Nile Gardens Store are eligible for returns only within 7 days from the date of delivery. To proceed with a return, please contact customer service.

Return Requirements:

  • The returned product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase.
  • The product must not be used, opened, or damaged.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • If you receive an incorrect product or a shipment in poor condition, Rawabi Nile Gardens Store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

  • If the return request is made after the specified period (7 days from the date of receipt).
  • If the product has been used, opened, damaged, or is not in the same condition as received.

Return Fees:

  • A return fee of 30 SAR will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Bank Transfer: The amount will be refunded to the original payment account within 2 - 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Loyalty Points: Points will be credited immediately after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Tamara Orders: Refunds are processed automatically.

Receiving a Damaged Product:

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

Order Exchange:

  • Rawabi Nile Gardens Store does not offer order exchanges, only returns are available.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled by contacting customer service.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the delivery fails due to customer non-responsiveness or incorrect information, the customer will bear the shipping cost. No further orders will be shipped to the customer without advance payment.

  • Delivery Time: 2 - 5 business days from the shipping date across various cities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Shipping Fee: 25 SAR for all cities within the Kingdom.
